Nine years ago, I received an autoimmune diagnosis that changed my perspective on health and well-being. Determined to take charge of my condition, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, researching and exploring various dietary approaches. During this time, I stumbled upon the tremendous benefits of a vegan lifestyle.
Driven by a desire to support my body's natural healing processes and provide optimal nutrition, I consciously decided to transition to a vegan diet.
