1. Do you offer Plant Based Meal Plans? Weekly? Monthly?
Yes, In fact, Nourish Cooking Co. was born offering fresh, healthy, flavorful, plant based meal plans - providing lots of variety, keeping meals interesting and an experience to look forward to.
Meal Plan creation requires 1-on-1 interaction - in order for me to clearly understand your wants and needs - and then offer you a proposal that meets your requirements.

2. Are your meals organic?
We have a growing menu or 100% Organic Menu Items. Please click here > 100% Organic Menu Items.
The remainder of our menu items are probably around 60-70% is organic.
3. Can I freeze these meals?
Yes, generally, you can store your meals 2-4 days in your refrigerator and up to 1 month in your freezer.
4. How much does delivery cost?

5. Do you have inside dining?
Not currently. Hopefully in the near future.
6. Do you have a pickup location?
No, pickup is currently unavailable.
7. When do I need to order by?
You may place your online order at any time. and schedule your delivery date & time from the options available during checkout.
Delivery & Pickup date options for your order will be available after 48 hours (2 days) from the day of your order.
Please plan ahead and place your orders. We obtain all ingredients fresh to make your meals from scratch on the same day or day before your delivery date.
8. Do you offer same day delivery?
We do not offer same day delivery. Our Primary Mission is to offer FRESH, HEALTHY food prepared with LOVE. This requires the freshest, cleanest ingredients of uncompromising quality.
In order to achieve this, our goal was to create soups based on the orders we received and then find the freshest ingredients to prepare enough soup to deliver the pre-orders.
This enabled us to be efficient and have the time to prepare food from scratch and reduce waste and storing or freezing.
9. Do you deliver to commercial addresses?
Generally we deliver to residential addresses. We may be able to accommodate commercial delivery on a case by case basis. P

For commercial delivery, parking should be readily available and you will need to have a person available to receive your delivery.
