In general, once you have placed the order, it cannot be cancelled. We start the process of obtaining the freshest ingredients for your order. In certain cases, where your delivery or pickup time is more than 4 days from the time you place your order, cancellation may be possible. Please CONTACT US with your situation and we will be happy resolve this.

ORDER DELIVERY & PICKUP
When you place your order, you have the option to choose delivery at your home address or pickup at our kitchen, and you may choose date and time from available options.
If you are not available to receive your order, please CONTACT US and let us know of any changes at least 48 hours before original order delivery or pickup date and time, so that we can adjust the timing for you.
It is your responsibility to indicate special instructions or access details when you place the order.
All sales are final with no refunds. Every meal is made fresh after you place your order.
