Moist coconut milk and sunflower oil enhance the texture, while apple cider vinegar ensures a perfect rise. Infused with pure vanilla bean extract, each bite is a harmonious blend of spices and sweetness.

The cake is frosted with a smooth vegan buttercream, made from vegan butter, powdered sugar, cardamom and vegetable shortening.
